Client Registration:
The customer can visit the registration form linked to your website. This is a multi-step form where they will provide Personal Information, Bank Information (required for COD/Cash on Delivery accounts to facilitate the return of the Collection Amount), Shipping Information, and set up their email and password for login.
Once the customer completes this form, they will receive a confirmation email stating that as soon as the admin approves their account, they can start booking.
The system also notifies the admin about the new client registration.
Admin Procedures:
The admin can access the new client information by navigating to Admin Login > Business Accounts > Pending Section.
Here, the admin can:
- View and Modify the Client Information.
- Approve or Reject the Account.
- Assign personalized Tariffs to the account.
Upon account approval, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
